The Baptist Ministers Conference of Northern Virginia and Vicinity would like to extend our sincere condolences to Pastor Robert Yancey of St. Paul Baptist Church in Arlington, VA and his family, on the passing of his brother, Mr. Wayne Yancey of Henderson, NC.
